A trail fee of $10 per person, per day is due at booking.
The Brambles is located north of Muenster, Texas on 4R Ranch. By virtue of the fact that the 1,132 acre ranch encompasses land that transitions from the shortgrass prairie to the Red River Valley, the ranch is blessed with magnificent vistas, multiple ridge lines, ravines and rocky terrain. These attributes make it an ideal site for mountain biking.
The trail encompasses an excellent mix of fast flat stretches with gentle turns, with many fun gravity dips, ravines, short and long climbs, long fast descents and open prairie sections. This can be a very challenging trail if you choose the “Full Monte” with all the advanced sections in your ride. You won’t be disappointed.
To Access the Trail:
The trailhead is at the WindShed tasting room. From the front gate, drive down the main road and look for signs to the winery. When you reach the top of the ridge, you will come to a fork in the road. Take the right fork to “Tasting Room”. Park in the tasting room parking lot. The trailhead is located just to the north of the tasting room lawn, near the bottom of the stairs.
Post-ride Shower:

Brambles Mountain Biking Trail
During the period from November 1 through November 17 and November 21 through December 15 , the trail opens daily at 9:00 am. The trail is otherwise fully open to riders and hikers who pay the daily fee.
